For young and old and men and women alike! This figure book containing 25 figures on the trapeze and 110 illustrations is ideal for both beginners and experienced aerial acrobats. It even contains trapeze figures that may be new to professionals! You do not require any prior knowledge of the sport, and you can rest assured that strength comes naturally with regular practice :-)

The level of difficulty for each figure is marked using a three-star system. Each figure is presented in a photo with a brief illustrated description. Under each description, you will also find a tip on what you need to bear in mind to make recreating the figure as easy and comfortable as possible. With my step-by-step instructions, I teach you how to get into and out of each position :-)

The robust hardcover book is not only informative but also practical thanks to its thread-sewn binding, which ensures that once you’ve opened it (and gently pressed the opening to relax the binding and keep it flat), it will not suddenly snap shut during use.
